“The original 16 seater was not available so i accepted two 8 seaters. Unfortunately 5 minutes before pick up i was told that one of the buses had been asked to extend their previous journey and therefore there was only one, which meant that it would have to do a shuttle service. This meant that we had people late to our meal and the venue had to delay a meal for 135 people. There was no offer of sending smaller taxis to pick up the stranded passengers. This is so unfortunate as a large company we are always looking for transport for both long and short journeys, and i feel this was a good opportunity to look at yourselves as a local alternative. I would like to investigate a partial refund given the last minute issues and the fact this was booked far in advance. Please advise what you can do to help rebuild some of the trust lost in your service, so that we could consider you in the future. My email is Gemma.moore@tuvsud.com”

“Although the driver was curteous, and the vehicle and journey were fine, there was a huge problem with communication from the control side of things. The weather was bad on Thursday, which meant that the Hovercraft was late. I phoned control and asked them to ask the driver to wait, I would be about a quarter of an hour late. Control told me that would be ok, the driver would wait until 10 to 10. However, When I got to the Southsea terminal I found that the driver had already taken another fare. If it wasn't for the kindness of the passenger to share the taxi, I would not have got to the hospital for my important appointment...”

“Taxi was early and the driver very helpful and curtious. He took us straight to the cruise terminal and helped with the baggage letting us know where to go etc. He chatted to us and answered all our curious travel questions on the way which we really enjoyed. Our experience of taxis in the UK have been nothing but the best!”

“Ship delayed , so I had to delay pickup by 1 hour. Despite long delays to the port , the driver was on time and we made it to the station on time for our train. Excellent service”
