“I received a call/message asking me to confirm the booking on the day of the trip. During this conversation, I was told the E-Class vehicle was unavailable and that an alternative would be provided. A refund was mentioned, but I couldn't process it at the time because I was in a remote location with poor mobile phone signal. I would like to speak to an adviser to discuss how to process this.”
