“I booked this through a website which was called somehing like Twickenham Taxis because I needed a taxi after a rugby match at Twickenham when the main roads are shut. I called Paddington Cabs on Saturday morning to ask why they were doing it given that they are clearly not based in Twickenham and was assured all would be well. At 5.15pm on Saturday immediately after the game I called the driver who said he was in Shepherds Bush. The main road from W London to Twickenham was shut at that point for post match walkers to the rail station so there was no chance of him making it to Twickenham in time to get me to the airport so I cancelled the journey. I'd like to be refunded please ”

“Mohammed was punctual for a 3:30am pick up to Heathrow Airport. He took care of our luggage and was courteous and a good driver. ”
