“I booked and paid for a premium vehicle, only to be told afterwards that no premium cars were available. I agreed to accept a lower-category vehicle on the condition that I would be refunded the difference in price. I was then told that the £7 refund had been processed and would appear in my account within 3 to 5 business days. More than two weeks later, I have still not received the money. What is most disappointing is not the amount, but the complete lack of customer service. I have had to chase multiple times, received promises that were not kept and then been met with silence. If a company cannot honour the service that was booked, the very least it can do is promptly refund the difference and keep the customer informed. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, broken commitments and an unacceptable level of service throughout. Based on my experience, this company is unreliable and I would strongly discourage others from using it.”

“I booked this through a website which was called somehing like Twickenham Taxis because I needed a taxi after a rugby match at Twickenham when the main roads are shut. I called Paddington Cabs on Saturday morning to ask why they were doing it given that they are clearly not based in Twickenham and was assured all would be well. At 5.15pm on Saturday immediately after the game I called the driver who said he was in Shepherds Bush. The main road from W London to Twickenham was shut at that point for post match walkers to the rail station so there was no chance of him making it to Twickenham in time to get me to the airport so I cancelled the journey. I'd like to be refunded please ”

“Mohammed was punctual for a 3:30am pick up to Heathrow Airport. He took care of our luggage and was courteous and a good driver. ”
