“Poor service. Booked an executive car for 4 passengers plus 4 large cases. Also had hand luggage which is why I booked a larger vehicle.
Who in their right mind would pay over £50 for a 3 mile journey that takes 10 minutes? Shocking service and poor customer support. Told to put smaller bags on our laps.
Poor service. Will never use again and will inform family and friends never to use this taxi company.”

“17 Dec Booking made with pick up time of 0815 on 28 Dec
24 Dec Booking edited with new pick up time of 0715
28 Dec Call at 0726 to say driver would be late and 7 minutes away.
28 Dec Taxi actually arrived at 0734 saying that he had been allocated the job at 0724 when he was in Fishponds.
Fortunately it being a Saturday morning we had a good run in and with the lelp of many green lights we arrived at Bristol Bus Station at 0752 to catch a bus at 0800.
The bus made it to LHR in time for flight but I have a few more grey hairs
