“After receiving confirmation of the ride waited nearly 20 mins after the supposed pickup time to be told driver was waiting on the next street over, would have been helpful if I'd been informed straight away, as I got to that ride he said control had just cancelled him, refused to do the pickup so had to wait again. Second car turned up but went straight past me saying it couldn't pull over even though a taxi had just done it in front of him and took 15 mins to circle back around to pick up.”

“My ride was scheduled & didn’t arrive. After phoning the telephone # on confirmation & giving confirmation # they informed me it was not there service. However, a ride was provided within an acceptable time.”
