“Your driver didn’t turn up to take me to the airport on my outward journey as you changed taxi company without informing me. I tried to cancel my return journey with you because it wasn’t reliable to trust you and you only said I could have 10% back. I had no confirmation the driver was coming to meet me and do rearranged my trips to the airport and back with other providers as well as paying your tip off company for both journeys. Your are a disgrace ”
