“Driver was difficult to find and get a hold of. He didn't have his lights on for us to find him. We asked for our colleague to get out of the car at a stop light and he tried to charge us extra even though we were going to the same location. Yelled at us for not providing a tip. Absolutely horrible service. ”

“The driver arrived ten minutes past the designated pick up time and my flight had actually landed 20 minutes early so I was waiting a long time. The confirmation email also said I would receive a meet and greet which I thought would be in the arrivals hall but I had to go and find the driver in the short stay car park. ”

“The booked and confirmed Taxi did not show up. I called the provider and they had not seen my booking. I was told it would be 30 minutes for someone to arrive - so I took an Uber. I still haven’t received my refund ”
