“Despite me calling weeks before to warn of extra traffic due to Duxford Airshow and to reiterate the need to have alternative routes in mind AND that this was a wedding party taking the groom to his wedding. The driver was late, called to say he was and that the traffic was bad so it was out of his hands! He did not have the postcode ready so we wasted a further 5 mins once in the vehicle. We didn't get the fun ride to the church with my son as we planned but had to send him on ahead with friends - who then had to collect their car the following day. It turned what should have been a joyful start into a stressful, anxious journey. There was clearly no communication between the call centre and the driver. I would very much like to know how this happened after all our plans for it not to.”

“We booked our taxi to arrive for 9am, as we had a flight to catch. At 9:15 our taxi hadn't arrived. We called the booking number and this just rang out. We then rang another number we managed to find online, and got through to one of your advisors. They told me they'd call the taxi driver to find out where he was and call me back. I never received a call back.... so we called again 10 mins later, when they taxi still hadn't arrived. By this point is was 9:25 and we were getting very anxious about missing our flight. We got through to someone who said they'd call the driver and call us back. Again we never got a call. The driver then called to say he couldn't find the address. He arrived at 9:30 and told us he was advised the pick up time was 9:30am, which is not what we booked, nor what was shown on our booking confirmation. I have given this a 3 star review as price wise it was good and the driver and taxi were great. However, the lack of service and resolution, plus being 30 mins late to pick us up added a lot of stress to our holiday. Your advisors never called us back and offered no solution.”

“Jay was an absolute Dimond! He knew there was an accident so took us on a detour to get us there on time still :) He dropped us at the door and picked us up from the door to! Very happy, smiling service! Such a pleasure to have. Would give a tip but unfortunately this is on our company card so are unable :( Otherwise AMZING!!! we will defiantly be using again. ”
