“Overall I did managed to get on time which I’m happy for, but I should mention a few things I didn’t like: It was my first time in Birmingham airport / station, and it was difficult to find the car in the dark. The driver only mentioned “outside”. I had to run around looking for the car. I was on time at the station but because I had difficulty finding the car, i was told I am late, in which the driver immediately complained about. Didn’t wave or got out the car or anything. I am a bit disappointed that for someone like me who is here to travel and don’t know where is where, the hospitality I was greeted with was non existent (I expected this as this was a pickup service from the airport).”
