“There was a problem with the return pickup, when due to a delay we were 25 minutes late and the taxi had left. After he was contacted he did return but refused to take us unless we paid him an extra £25 giving us no alternative but to pay. To add to this there was a strong smell of body odour which was quite nauseating over a half hour journey! This was not the kind of service we were led to expect from your web site!”
