“I am afraid that I am disappointed with this service and disinclined to use it again. I had booked it specifically for the meet and greet, as I had three suitcases, after working abroad for a year. The driver did not meet me in Arrivals terminal as I was expecting. and instead told me to ring when I was in the free drop off carpark. I did not know where this was, so I rang him. To make things easier, he agreed to meet me in the Premium pick-up car park, but I had to pay him an extra £7 for this. When I mentioned I was expecting meet and greet, he said no-one had told him of this. This driver, Mohammed, was actually the second driver that I was assigned. The first (Kamran) to whom I had been assigned had messaged me, also saying that he would meet me in the free car park, and when I had sent him messages regarding the meet and greet, he did not reply again. I landed to get a message from Mohammed, the second driver, saying he was waiting for me at the free car park (see above). ”
