“Booked for Mercedes E class, until the vining time, there was no contact. So I called the number provided in the confirmation and the number didn’t work. I called the booking company and afterwards, I get a message saying the driver’s outside waiting and the car is Kia Niro. There was no car so I called and they said they will check and didn’t come back. The booking company called me back 10min after so I requested a cancellation & refund. I found an Uber and messaged the number again said I’ve requested a refund and they asked me if a random wrong address is mine. Terrible experiences. ”

“No driver was there to meet us. We looked and waited 2 hours. We called company. We were told to email company and get a refund. We had to Hire a taxi How do we email”

“I was very disappointed with the pick up time as I had reached to arrival more than 1hr before my scheduled pickup time to which I had notified the company. I was told after 45mins that the driver would be there in 5mins but no driver showed. I called several times before anyone answered the call and then to be informed that the driver was waiting 20mins ago at the designated pick up location. I asked if the driver had a card with my name only to realise that the name on the bird wasn’t even my name and the person on the phone lied about the driver being there 20mins ago and I saw when the driver arrived with the incorrect sign.”

“Our driver kept an eye on the flight and was waiting for us in the airport. Kindly drove us for 5 hours during the night/morning at late notice, so kind and friendly. Great business. Thank you ”
