“According to the passenger, Prof Mark Spearing, no - apparently the taxi which had been assigned to a driver, did not turn up. He waited 5 mins before jumping into a taxi with another delegate as he needed to catch a train to London to get to another event. Please do not charge for the taxi or reimburse back to the card if charged. Please send a credit note for the full £23.50 to this email address, with many thanks.”
