“Felt like driver kept getting lost but w got to the airport. Once there, he drove to the mid stay car park and expected us to walk over instead of the drop off. Refused to go to drop off as he didn’t want to pay £5 for drop off but this should be part of the cost of the taxi already but he said it wasn’t. We luckily had £5 and gave it to the driver otherwise we would have had a long walk to the airport. Would not use this company again as I have never had to pay £5 for trip off as it is always part of the price. ”

“Driver was not at arrivals with a greeting card as arranged. I was charged an extra £30 totalling £100 as no I postcode put in just stanstead airport. Said it was another 14 miles , how can that be , stanstead airport is stanstead airport ? ”

“Vehicle arrived early for pickup which was positive. Car was uncomfortably hot, but heating had to remain on to keep car windows from steaming up. Driver was on his phone multiple times throughout the journey and his driving at times felt reckless and high speed. On return trip, driver was 15 minutes late. Return trip was equally hot and uncomfortably fast driving at times (including aggressive braking).”
