“We requested a car capable of taking two large bike boxes. We'd sent pictures and dimensions to the taxi company to check they would fit and were assured that it would be fine. When the taxi arrived it was only able to box and one passenger and so we had to pay for an Uber last minute to take the second box and passenger. Which was stressful and expensive. This was not the drivers fault but the coordination was not adequate.”

“Despite clearly requesting and confirming a meet and greet service—due to the specific needs of my elderly, non-English-speaking family members—the service provided fell far short of expectations. The driver arrived 30 minutes late and refused to enter the terminal as agreed, leaving my confused and anxious relatives to navigate the arrivals area and car park on their own. This caused significant distress, especially to my father who suffers from back issues. Additionally, I had to interrupt a work meeting to coordinate with both parties—precisely what I intended to avoid by booking this service. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and a failure in basic duty of care.”
