“Driver never arrived. I phoned an operator and was advised he had an accident. I hope he is well No alternative service was provided. It is upsetting that this booking is marked as complete. I need a refund within 24 hours as this appalling service..”

“No confirmation. It said it was with A1 taxis who I rang beforehand and it said incorrect number. No other contact details. So I jumped in another cab. I need a full refund.”

“I was ordered for as possible but they email me showed booked for 12 o’clock then I called them told them I need for now and they told me they charge me 10 or £15 extra I wasn’t happy with that but still I needed to arrive my appointment so the taxi company called me back told me they be late and I couldn’t wait for that long because I already missed my appointment was 10:30am and they was still didn’t arrived and need my money refund aswill please ”
