“The driver was rude and aggressive and over exaggerated one comment I made to accuse me of being rude when he was chasing me incessantly after I landed which I was not. He also then refused to pick up the phone resulting in our waiting for 15 minutes, and also refused to take the 2 passengers booked rather than the one he thought he was supposed to take. He refused to check with the office and instead ordered me to call the office to check myself, which I did. He then refused to speak to us through the journey and gave a very bad vibe throughout. In addition, Not that it matters, but the car was not a Mercedes e class equivalent as advertised, but was a fairly old and dirty Hyundai.”
