“I had called the day before to verify pick up time and make sure a driver would come on November 1. I was assured by my confirmation number that a driver would text me or call me 10 minutes before pick up on the day of my paid for service which was November 1. I needed to make a train to London for a seminar. It was absolutely important to be sure I got there on time. On November 1 I heard nothing from your company I called at 11:30 and was told there was no such reservation. I called back I was put on hold and the driver the person never called me back purse. When I called the third time I was told a taxi would arrive in 90 minutes. My train was coming in 25 minutes, so I had to walk to the station in the rain without your cab. This was a terrible slip up and I need to have a full refund. If not more. Regards, Elizabeth Lee please reply to this email and let me know that you have refunded my credit card. ”
