“Whilst our trip to the venue was amazing by Jim’s Travel I had an email that I didn’t see at 9.45 to say my return journey at 12 had been cancelled. I had previously emailed them earlier in the day concerned that I had not been allocated a company. We were left stranded in Chelmsford. Would never use u again 🤬”
