“I would like my money back. We requested a vehicle for a trip from a wedding to the reception to arrive at 15:45. At 15:50, when people were already leaving, there was no car to be seen. We called the service, who said a car was on its way. 10 minutes later, we called again (at 16:00) and were told the car would be another 10-15 minutes (making us late and the car late by 25-30 minutes). In an area where ubers were unreliable and we had planned well in advance, this situation is unacceptable. I will not recommend anyone to book a cab through KPB Taxis in the future and I want my money back. ”
