“I requested the taxi to be cancelled as no one arrived on time. I called the number 0333 772 9737 five times to cancel the trip and left a message asking them to call me back to complete the cancellation. I am still waiting for my refund of £147.50, which was charged to me. In addition, the same journey was assigned to two different drivers from two separate companies.
