“No taxi arrived. No phone number provided was answered to explain. No email to confirm driver or car was received after payment was taken in advance. I emailed too and had no response. We waited half an hour before hailing a black cab late at night at further cost. Hopeless service and zero customer service. Don’t use this company ”

“Terrible service. Booked a 5 seater SUV and got a small KIA. When I asked the driver, he informed me that he was a Uber driver and the job had just been booked that morning. Tried calling the office this morning and was told to email the office with my complaint. Will never book or recommend this company to anyone. AWFUL SERVICE!!!”
