“Driver didn’t show up for return journey, no communication from them. No one answered the phone when trying to contact. I emailed and tried to call for two days after we returned him, finally had email communication which took over a week with confirming details, then another week for refund to arrive. Very poor service would never book again with this company. ”

“The car never showed up. I tried to ring the company the day before, no response. I tried to email them, no response. I had to make alternative arrangements and have still not been refunded or responded to. Close to 150£ that I am currently out of pocket. I do not recommend them in any way. I expect a full refund.one star is good considering they took my money and left me with nothing.”
