“2 cars were sent for this pickup. Western taxis and AAA2B. The Western taxi driver brought my daughter Olivia home and then refused to let her out of the car until he had been paid. He even locked the doors of the taxi. Totally unacceptable. I had pre paid Taxicode for the journey with a debit card. £36 for a 6 mile journey at 10pm, when the actual fare for the journey was £17”
