“67 year old lone lady passenger left on station platform for a predicted 2 hour delay in arrival time. I had to cancel the booking for the outward journey. i fully expect a refund for this part of the journey that was agreed by the company. I await further feedback for the return journey yesterday from the passenger. I had to send a private car to do the pickup at the last minute. The excuse was heavy traffic and no other car was available. This was a special VIP and I needed to rely on this service. They have let me down very badly. I organise annual conferences with important guests and at present will not use this service ever again. ”

“Excellent service throughout - not an airport run but driver stated that the company are more than happy to conduct other long distance runs. Recommend to use again.”

“Hi - the driver did not turn up for this pick up. My Boss needed to get to the National Express coach in Digbeth in time for a flight from Heathrow to San Francisco and this caused all sorts of problems at 5.10 in the morning. Please refund our money as driver did not turn up. Juliet Parker - booking for 25 March at 5.10am.”

“A little hiccup in getting vehicle and driver information. Had to call a different number for details but it went to voice mail all the time.”
