“Waited outside the building from 7:40pm to 7:55pm and the taxi didn't turn up. Couldn't wait any longer as had a train to catch so ended up getting the tube instead. Given that the taxi didn't turn up we would like a full refund”

“No one was there at my arriving. I called and was told that no reservation existed either for the departure or the return. So I had to pay black cab to move around.”

“Fantastic. My friend and I got in the wrong taxi by mistake from a different company. But Taxi Code phoned and checked and kept in correspondence with us, even texting the registration and colour of our car. Great service.”
