“Driver was a few minutes late, but rang with plenty of time to inform us. Otherwise extremely professional and amiable. ”

“The pick up was booked for 1700hrs at Premier Inn Bonehill B783HE. The car failed to arrive. After waiting 45 minutes and several calls to your office I was forced to make alternative arrangements at very short notice. This had an impact on the planned events for the evening. At some time just after 10pm a driver called Ibrar rang to say he was waiting for us at Birmingham Cathedral, as we had made alternative arrangements this driver was stood down. As your vehicle failed to arrives as per the booking I would like a full refund. ”

“He was caught in bad traffic so it wasn’t his fault. He was a fantastic driver and extremely personable. He made the long road trip pass very pleasantly. I wouldn’t hesitate to ride with him again. ”
