“There were two vehicles instead of 1 and they were a few minutes late but traffic was awful that day so I wasn't surprised. The two vehicles were lovely as were the drivers and we got to our destination with plenty of time to spare so I know it was not their fault. I would use again.”

“My taxi was dirty. Not acceptable for me in a bridal gown. The driver of the other taxi was rude. I ordered a large 8 seater for my bridal party and we didn’t get this. Very disappointed.”

“Booked 8 seater minibus and had 2 taxis sent instead last minute informed too. Both taxis arrived at 1st pick up location when only 1st required 2 people to pick up and rest to be picked from second pick up as per request. Lots of miscommunication and overall not happy with taxis as we had to split the group and got dropped off late at Bigg for the meal due to taxi mix up. Requested refund for the difference as minibus never was provided. Will not recommend this company until resolved my complain..”
