“I have a horrible experience with this service. Not with the drive! But yes with this web site . Because I tried book for yesterday. But I was busy later and busy . I booked for today accidentally. But I tried change it calling for the number available. But all number was busy all day . The web site is not working too . Really horrible!”

“Appreciated this service. Driver was great- helpful and patient. But the vehicle wasn’t as advertised- it was a small, older Toyota Corolla. Also- would like to see a more user friendly cancellation policy (ie, 24 hours). ”
