“I booked a cab because I was on a train, which was running late. Driver messaged 9 minutes after booking time saying they’re leaving if I don’t show up in a minute. I reminded them 30 minute meet and greet was included. Did not send me identifying car details - colour or number plate. Booked a BMW, a Prius showed up. I had to prompt for their location. I ended up getting in the wrong Prius cab. 2 stars because at LEAST he waited for me. ”
