“Hi, I’m really disappointed with the service provided and would like to request some form of compensation or refund. One of the drivers arrived on time, however the 6-seater vehicle was 45 minutes late. As a result, we did not get to the track on time and missed part of the track experience. We then had the same issue on collection. The driver called to say he was five minutes away, but again did not arrive until around 45 minutes later. Because of this, some of the group lost confidence that he was going to turn up and ended up booking another taxi, which cost them over £100. Given the price we paid, I think it is reasonable to expect the vehicles to arrive on time, especially for an event where timings are important. Please can you come back to me with how you intend to resolve this. ”

“Although the driver phoned and texted and was told our train was on time, they failed to meet us. Apparently they did not know where the station was at first. Once we met up all was okay, though they didn't take the shortest route.”
