“Driver phoned 20mins before they were due to arrive. I was ok with this While waiting at location I realised he went to wrong street. We walked to where driver was on Cyrus Street. I asked driver why he didn’t come to Percival street & he told me the satnav took him to that street. My hand is broken and I am wearing a white cast, driver didn’t help lift suitcase into boot or out at Gatwick. He just stood there are watched me. That’s why I’ve given your company poor service. ”
