“I am requesting a refund and got refused even though I cancelled the taxi one week in advance this is apauling The other thing is the questions you ask are silly, you need to ask whether I had the cab in the first place plus when clicking submitt feedback it tethers for ages. So I try again! Hoping for a full refund ”

“Firs car was late. Return car was late and did not pick up from the venue. The overall cost of the service there and back was a rip off Would not use this taxi service again. We could have booked the same Uber driver for a fraction of the cost we paid. ”
