“I was a few minutes late due to my train into Seamer train station being delayed. I tried 5 times to contact your company by telephone to explain that I would be a few minutes late and only got the answer machine that said there was no one to take my call. I also had mentioned about the possibility of this happening on my notes at the time of booking. I was charged for a journey that I did not received and your company has failed to answered several emails I have sent to complain about this booking and also for the no show for an additional pre-booked return journey back to Seamer train station a couple of days later. Disgusted with your company and shall not be using you again.”

“How late was the driver? He/She never showed up. This was the worst experience ever. My 60th birthday - dinner with a few friends. I had booked a taxi a month in advance there and back. I left a message for the confirmed driver about 2 hrs before pick up lo and behold 1hr later it was cancelled. I will not use this service again sorry. ”
