I think you should realise that your system tries to engage A1 Taxis of Bristol who for a long time I have discovered have been Permanently Closed. On my first trip attempted with you I paid £38.50 for a 9 miles journey and I never recovered the money from you when it did not turn up. This time I have asked the bank to cancel my payment made yesterday when your booking did not turn up because you sent it to a closed business again.
It does not do you any credit to make such a mess of your company's service in this area and you should get your list of taxi companies you use checked frequently that they are still operating well. My trip to a medical appointment had to take place much later today and i had to drive my own car to it and it was a visit which involved me in having eye drops which meant I had to wait a long time before driving home this afternoon. “We paid over £50 for taxi home after midnight on New Year.
We waited outside for over 20 minutes in the freezing cold and had to phone twice get the taxi to collect us.
I asked for a refund/compensation and was told that as it was not possible as I had booked through Taxi code.
My advice is go direct to the taxi company not through Taxi code”
