“Horrible service - will never use again. Taxicode has repeatedly overcharged for poor service. Taxi was 1 hour late, paid extra to be greeted at arrivals but driver requested to meet at car park, complained to Taxicode got gaslit and told it was my fault and Taxicode took no accountability for their error. Taxicode is expensive with poor service. I RECOMMEND TO BOOK AN UBER INSTEAD OF TAXICODE. ”

“I was getting off a cruise ship estimated disembarkation 10 until 10.30, luggage delay so did not get to car park until10.40 when the driver had gone. So a 78 year old was stranded in a cold and snowy car park until my daughter made alternative arrangments to get someone to collect me. surely the driver who dropped me at the cruise dock would know if I got on the ship I would be getting off again!!I have been cruising for 20 years from all different ports in uk and have never ever been stranded before. Therefore I would certainly ask for a refund for the non existant return journey. the driver really was a stroppy man, not good for your image. Elizabeth Manton”

“The driver was 45 minutes late. The excuse was traffic. I was contacted by the driver and told he would be 20 minutes late, but he arrived 45 minutes late instead. The driver was awarefhat I was going to the airport. ”

“Booked a LWB Executive Mercedes S Class and got a VW ID7 instead. Informed of this on the morning of travel. No discount or refund received. Also tried to make us pay the Congestion Charge the day before travel when the address was entered at the day of booking (2 days earlier) and the rate confirmed and driver assigned. Unprofessional way of conducting business that in all honesty looks like a bit of a scam. The journey was good and the driver on time but overall fell well short of what was offered, accepted, and the Contract we had. Disappointed”
