“Our driver was amazing and communicated excellently with me. It was very busy coming out of the o2 and he kept in constant touch of where to meet him. He was friendly and made the journey very nice around an area that I did not know. I wish all taxi drivers were like him! He made me and my children feel safe and at ease with him. The booking process was easy and I would definitely recommend and would use again. ”

“Booked a Chauffer service car and an old Renault people carrier turned up instead. No prior contact or indication on the day where the driver was and if it would turn up on time. Car was not clean internally. Very disappointing given how far away from a Chauffer service that this was. ”
