“Driver arrived early. Journey uncomfortable due to poor weather and uneven driving. Reached destination on time. We were a little delayed due to hospital waiting times but when we were ready to return, the driver had left on another job!!! I had tried to let him know we had been delayed without success. Eventually we had to locate another company for the return journey at more cost of course. The driver had called to let us know he was waiting but had used our home landline number.
An extremely unsatisfactory experience especially for my unwell wife. ”

“The drive was not smooth or relaxing as the driver seemed to struggle with controlling the car at roundabouts with fast approaches and heavy breaking, loosing power on the roundabouts and jerky steering. This happened on most roundabouts. A couple of times he did not indicate to overtake cars (he did on the motorway). He seemed to drift into the right hand lane fairly often. On straight stretches of road when no other cars were nearby he seemed to be either breaking unnecessarily or be on a low speed cruise control that was kicking in when he took his foot off the accelerator. It was not a good drive and I quickly felt motion sickness.
There was also a mix up with the drop off point but I don’t think that’s the driver’s fault when the phone operator insisted on using a postcode and not the rail station name.
Lastly I was grateful not to have a chatty driver as it’s so early in the morning. ”
