“The car was booked for 4.30pm I was contacted and asked to go to the parking lot realised it ment the drop off and pick up point we got thetexat 4.25pm to see him driving away. I contacted the company and he said he would send him back then told me he was sending another car. It took a while and an uber turned up very scruffy and said he could find the parking lot then realised it must be the pick up point. It was nothing as I expected andcwas very disappointed. I going the company tried to contact me again from India!! I would not use this service again. The Uber was only given £40 for the trip I had paid £68 for so I gave him a tip.”
