“This was booked for a wedding for my bridesmaids …. Taxi was late and car was filthy!! Supposed to be an executive service just a joke!!! I want some money back or I’ll leave bad reviews all over the place!!! Kept asking for pics of the car was sent no picks sent email to say this was for wedding taxi still filthy ”

“We specifically asked for a child seat and the booking website said to just write this in the notes when making the booking. The driver then showed up without any car seat”

“made us walk to the car park instead of meet and greet. when we got in the car, there was a foul smell, then when we got out of the car, my brother pants were soaked through with unknown brown liquid, from the seat. it was honestly vile”

“Our train was delayed and therefore we missed the taxi pickup. The driver contacted me but we hadn’t made it to the hotel in time. I tried to cancel the booking when I realised that we wouldn’t make it but it wouldn’t let me because it was under an hour. ”
