“I specified a 12 seater vehicle when I booked. I had quotes from other companies but they stated outright that it would not be one vehicle, so I chose your company. we were a group of ten people spending the a few days in Durham. we had all travelled to Durham together and were staying at the same hotel and were booked into the same hotel. we wanted to travel to Beamish in the same vehicle together. I received a phone call five minutes before our due departure time telling me that three cars had arrived. It was too late to do anything about it. I paid in excess of £250 to travel together, I could have booked three Ubers for the same journey and saved almost £100. As a gesture of goodwill I suggest that you refund at least 25% of my payment. On the plus side the taxi drivers you sent were very good and did their best for us.”

“Sir Our return was scheduled for 00.40 Sunday 16 but the flight was delayed by over 2 hours. When we arrived at Newcastle Airport there was no sign of a City Wheels car for us. We tried to contact you by phone but no answer. As a consequence Arrow Taxi service brought us home after a very tiring day. I think we deserve at least the cost of the return journey. I suffered a back injury during the holiday so it was even more painful having to wait for a replacement car. The outgoing journey was OK but the return was a disaster. Look forward to hearing your response. Ian W Bell”
