“The driver for both the 23rd and 24th journeys was a no show. They left us completely stranded. On the 23rd I was able to reach a support person. However they did nothing. They said they would contact the driver and call me back. No call back and I could not get through on the 23rd or 24th. IT IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A SCAM. ”

“TaxiCode has been a complete disaster. Yesterday’s driver was a no show. They left us stranded and we had to hunt for a local taxi, who by the way did an excellent job at less than 1/2 the price. For the extra journey we had to cancel due to Sandringham shows being cancelled they only refunded less than 20 pounds in a 157 pound journey. It it a horrible company that I will never use again and I will make sure I tell everyone. ”

“This trip needs refunding. I changed the pick up time which the driver accommodated but my train was delayed, I kept the driver up to date but had no communication back the other way. The driver wasn't there when I arrived. I wanted and called but no answer, no communication leaving me alone late in the eve at King's Lynn Station. Terrible communication, unsafe and unfair. If I had been told you couldn't wait then I would have understood and could have made alternative plans. ”

“Unable to locate taxi at station - but this was probably my fault. I did not realize that booked taxis were on the other side of the station from the main rank.”
