“Driver did not find us til 16.48 we were waiting at the transport interchange. Seems he had sent messages but I hadn't received them. :(. It was a disappointing start. We arrived at our destination.”

“A bit confusing at pick up when we were told we should have texted on arrival. This was the first we had been informed. Service overall was fine and driver very friendly and supportive.”

“Our flight was delayed by some time, we kept the driver informed of the new time. He was late by some minutes but not many and I'm not really blaming him for that. The issues were that he was monosyllabic - speaking about 4 words on the whole journey. He didnt really want to get out the car to open the boot or help with the luggage. He drove at an average speed of about 22 mph - sometimes driving at 10 mph - and very eratically on the wrong side of the rode ( we wondered if he'd actually passed his test) . He spend the whole journey either scratching his head, eating or reaching from crumbs under his T shirt. Not a great experience at any time.”
