“The car was stuffy and smelled like too much cologne; the driver talked on the phone the whole way and when I asked him to turn the air conditioner on, he said he had the flu. I am immunocompromised and sure hope I don’t get sick myself from him. ”

“I tried to call taxicode circa 10 times on 07786787969 to change my booking and noone picked up for two days. I therefore couldn’t make my booking and Saloon taxis were even less help. I would like a full refund as this was a joke. ”
