“The journey to Ascot was perfect - on time, friendly driver, nice car. However the taxi for the return journey didn’t turn up. We spent over an hour ringing the office and outward driver and eventually walking to a different collection point. I understand that the traffic was difficult but better communication would have been appreciated. We missed our restaurant booking and were over an hour late getting back to our hotel. ”

“The driver was on time and the car clean and comfortable. I was in communication with them all the time due to traffic delay and he was there waiting for us so that was good. But he dropped us off at the wrong enclosure resulting in an extra 10 min walk. I have stated in my booking we need to be dropped off at Queen Anne enclosure and again reiterated that when we in the car but the driver insisted we can get in and they are all the same entrances. I called back to the car company and asked to picked up and driven to the right place but they said I need to wait an hour due to traffic. They proudly claimed they are local but drove us to the wrong place. I booked and paid for a service so I didn’t have to walk far but we had to walk in the heat with high heels and that ain’t fun and spoilt our excitement to be honest. I would very much like a refund on a service I did not receive please. ”
