“I booked a Mercedes E Class Estate from Basingstoke, so that three people and their luggage would fit comfortably. Fortunately for us, one of our party travlled to Heathrow independently I ended up with a Mercedes E Class from somewhere around Richmond. This would not have been suitable if three of us were travelling together. The driver was perfectly nice, but not what I paid for. I doubt if I will use Web Cars Basingstoke again ”

“I booked a Mercedes E Class from Basingstoke with a meet and greet at Stansted Arrivals. I ended up with a Tesla from Waltham Forest, with a series of messages to meet the driver at the drop off point outside the terminal, well after my arrival. The driver was perfectly nice, but not what I paid for. I doubt if I will use Web Cars Basingstoke again.”
