“We had booked the collection at 10:45. After numerous calls we eventually got through to your switchboard and a substitute driver arrived at 11:15. Poor quality communication, if , as reported by the second driver, your driver had car problems they had my mobile number on the booking form and could have rung to advise me instead we were left stranded at the station for 30 minutes. ”
