“At 20 past 12 we were told that the car had arrived but it was not there. I had put in the notes the part of Markshall Estate the wedding was at (coach house) in addition to the address. My sister called the company who supplied the driver and they said they had got there and no one was there, which was not the case as no car had arrived. They said that they could send another car but it would be 20 minutes, they called back and said 10 minutes but by that point we had got a different taxi which we then had to pay for. I am requesting a refund since not only did we not have the journey but we also saw no evidence of the car being there. ”

“Honestly the service worked fine however we pre paid for the car and then my parents were charged again when they were delivered to our wedding venue. We have been unable to call or get through to an agent for the second charge to be returned.”
