“I ordered a Mercedes S-Class. You contacted me to infer that my wheelchair, etc., would not fit and suggested an MPV. You sublet the transfer to Thanks Drive, who suggested a Dacia Jogger. On contacting them to ask why the quality of the vehicle was not what I had paid for, they stated you had not paid them enough to supply an S-Class type vehicle. Why did it take me complaining before you issued a token partial refund? On the morning of the transfer, the driver did not turn up and following much panicking, the owner came in his own vehicle. This made me considerably late at the airport. The owner of Thanks Drive is to be commended for the speed and efficiency with which he tackled the problem. Oddly, in Greece the taxi that met me at the airport was an S-Class Mercedes and all my luggage, including the wheelchair, fitted in! ”
