“The driver never arrived. Imagine, I booked for 2am at night and I was left helpless on the train station. I booked the journey in the afternoon. I confirmed with the operator if I should go forward with the booking and he stressed that I should not cancel my journey and nothing would go wrong. I kept waiting for the driver and I recieved an email that my booking was canceled by the company. To even make it worst, they stopped picking up the call. I am stuck in the station now. ”

“Despite having email confirmation of my driver being assigned, no one came to meet me from my flight and I was left without transport for my journey. This caused me severe inconvenience and left me completely let down.”

“Email instructions were not clear for meeting place at airport. I thought that I would be picked up at international arrivals in the airport terminal. I called 2x to inquire on driver. I finally was told that the driver was waiting at the short stay level 3. I figured out how to get up there, and I then had to call driver again. I had to wait another 8min for him to meet me. Then he drove me to the wrong hotel. I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience, especially for the price. To get back to the airport from hotel, the cost was half the price. I felt ripped off for the service I received. I should have canceled when I read all the negative reviews. Also, why do you ask for phone numbers if you won't call customers back with international numbers?”
