“Disgusting service!!! Stranded at the airport outside in the cold and rain for over 1 hour and 30 mins!!! Spoke to the office 10 mins before my taxi was due they told me to wait at level 3 of the car park so i sat at this point for 1:30 mins and nobody showed!! was left to find alternative transport, customer service is shocking!! nobody cared and processed to lie about the situation when questioned, not willing to offer any compensation or help at all! I will be strongly advising my company, friends and family NEVER to us this service!!! ”

“My train ran late so I was late for the taxi, but the company were brilliant at arranging another driver for when I arrived. The driver was very friendly and chatty and we had a lovely conversation throughout the journey. I felt very comfortable.”
