“Booking app was not good. It could not pinpoint our location even though exact address was selected from menu. Had trouble contacting driver who was ten minutes late. The price was way too high for the journey length and quality of car. Driver very pleasant and helpful.”

“Jolly Santa taxi driver in big, comfy and warm vehicle. Took us right to door despite saying we happy 100 metres from door as very difficult to turn around. 3rd Christmas Eve return journey and just excellent service. ”

“Vehicle arrived 20 minutes late, should have been a Mercedes E-Class, turned out to be a grotty, cold, wheelchair access van. Totally unacceptable.”

“The pick up was not on time due to traffic. I called the Hotline, which was really difficult to understand due to a high Level of noise in the Background. Only after I had called the Hotline the Driver called me to inform me that he was going to be late. To be fair:The nice Driver mad partly up for it, but next time I might as well take a taxi waiting at the trainstation...”

“The driver picked us up from our hotel at the time stated and we arrived at our destination at the time we wanted. We were returning from Royal Ascot and there was considerable traffic congestion around the race course. Our driver was fantastic he regulary informed us of us time of arrival. Great communication.”
