“The driver had been sent to collect from the Reading Festival prior to our pick up so, was unsurprisingly, seriously delayed due to stand still traffic. He was perfectly pleasant and communicative, but surely as a business, you know the nature of the traffic around this festival and should have arranged a driver for this booking that was not tangled up in Festival traffic. Made for a very long (and a bit stressful) end to our evening. 1.5 hours late in the end.”

“Heavy traffic so not the drivers fault. It was quite a dirty taxi however and not the good quality vehicle we were expecting. A nice driver but the vehicle was very poor. ”
