Drivers were very punctual clean and amazing service.

Unfortunately when our train arrived at the station, it was about 10-15 minutes late. We went out front to catch our taxi and it was nowhere to be found. Which means we had to hire another driver to take us to our destination. So we were out more money on the first day of our trip. We were highly disappointed and frustrated as there was no email or attempt to contact us. When we were getting ready to leave our destination for our return trip, we called the company to confirm they were coming. After several times trying to get through, we eventually were connected and put on hold to check to see if our driver was on the way. It took several minutes to get any sort of answer. We asked if there was a possibility they were on their way. Again put on hold. We were on hold for so long, we eventually hung up and based on the advice of our hosts, called for another cab company.
