“The overall experience was horrible. First of all, the car was 40 min late. Secondly, I purposely requested for a minivan as I had some boxes to take home and I was sent a Toyota Prius. When I tried to explain to the driver that this is not the car I requested and showed him the booking confirmation which said a Ford Galaxy, I was in for another surprise. The car had a very strong smell of marijuana, the driver was high out of his head and did not speak a word of English. Instead, passed me his phone in order to speak to someone from his company. I tried to explain to them how this is not what I requested and I cannot use the car as it defeats the purpose for the journey, which was for me to carry the boxes home, so I told them I want a refund. They started laughing and said I have to take it up to Taxicode and left. I have pictures of the car, driver, boxes, confirmation, etc. I demand a refund immediately and expect the driver to be banned from using your services as he is a potential danger on the roads.”
